I originally fell in love with Big Mamma's about 4 years ago when I worked on Commercial Street at Askinosie Chocolate (shameless plug for chocolate!). I normally stick to my usual sandwich, The Jacquelin, which is totally amazing. However, on this day, I decided to branch out. Now, if you are reading along, you might be thinking that for 4 years I have only had 'The Jacquelin' sandwich, nothing else... yes, you are correct, unless coffee counts?
So, I entered the shop with determination to spread my limbs and branch out. Whoa, I found a new favorite sandwich is the Juliet which includes Granny Smith apples, provolone, sprouts, cream cheese, apple cider vinaigrette on focaccia bread. YUM!
My friend and I like to frequent this treasure throughout the week. And, now that the temperature is warming up, we can't wait to eat outside!
